Repose Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to me. This privacy policy has been created to answer any questions you might have about how I deal with your data. But if you have any further questions please email me at reposewithbecky@gmail.com

My practices and procedures are intended to ensure that the information you submit remains private and is only used for the purposes set out in this policy. 

Please be assured that we will not sell or share any information about you with any third parties unless we are required to do so by law. All information is processed and stored through GDPR-compliant methods or third parties.

Some information is shared via third-party organisations. I am committed to ensuring all third-party partners are GDPR compliant and have appropriate Privacy Policies. (Not currently applicable)

Website

I use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps us analyse data about web page traffic and improve our website (www.reposewithbecky.com) in order to tailor it to customer needs. I only use this information for statistical analysis purposes and then the data is removed from the system.

You can choose to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. This may prevent you from taking full advantage of the website.

The information I take should you decide to take a course with me is used for the following reasons:

-Insurance requirements (Holistic Insurance)

-Tailoring content to your situation (e.g. casarean birth, high risk pregnancy, knowledge)

-Communicating with you out of sessions (emailing MP3s, signposting to information)

Your information will be held confidentially and not shared with anyone else. Once the information is no longer needed it will be shredded/deleted. Records held on a computer system will be password protected.

I am required to allow you to view your information at any time- you may contact me to do so at reposewithbecky@gmail.com

It is your responsibility to ensure that the data I hold on you is up to date so please contact me at any time to update your records.

What if I do not agree with the privacy policy?

If you do not agree with the details set out in this policy, please do not submit your data to me.

If you have previously agreed to me using your personal information for direct

marketing purposes, or for use of products or services, and you would like me to remove your data please email me at reposewithbecky@gmail.com and I will remove/delete your data within 30 days.

Repose Terms & Conditions

By signing up to a course with Repose you are agreeing to the following conditions:

Payment

The chosen course can be paid in full payment. The balance of any antenatal course - Full Hypnobirthing Course, Birth Essentials Course or Refresher Course fee must be paid in full before your first session.

Relaxation For All Class/Events & Pregnancy Relaxation Class, are to be paid for by booking via Ticket Tailor, prior to the first class, either in block booking (e.g for 4 sessions £40), Pay As You Go for £10 or payment for a one-off event price (see advertised price)

Course/Class fees are non refundable.

Payment is made for a full course as advertised and not for individual sessions, this includes offers and promotions.

Any flexible payment terms must be agreed in advance, with a payment plan drawn up by Repose, for example in 2 payments of £100.00 on set dates.

Cancellations

In the event of cancellation by a participant prior to the start of the course/event, the deposit is non-refundable.

In the event of cancellation by a participant after one or more sessions of the course have been completed, no refund will be given for paid sessions.

In the unlikely event of cancellation of a course/event by myself, attempts will be made to reschedule. If this is not possible, or alternative dates cannot be agreed, a full refund of the total fee will be given.

In the unlikely event of cancellation of an individual session by me, attempts will be made to reschedule. If this is not possible, or if alternative dates cannot be agreed, a refund for sessions not yet taken will be given.

No refund will be made for sessions already taken.

If for any reason in person course cannot take place for example extreme weather or government guidelines, the event will either be rescheduled to suit all parties or the course will take place over live video link.

Rescheduling Sessions

For participants taking a private one to one course, 48 hours notice must be given in changing appointment dates or times. Where this is not done the participants will be liable for the session fee calculated as the total fee, divided by the number of sessions in the course. Exceptions may be made in exceptional circumstances.

General

Participants understand when they take part in Hypnobirthing sessions that the content of the course is in no way intended to be taken as medical advice. Repose deliver information using evidence based practice, remain unbiased in relation to her own experiences and will not give advice.

Participants should seek the advice of a health-care provider to answer any health-related or pregnancy-related questions surrounding their pregnancy, their labour, their birth or their wellbeing.

Repose (Rebecca Capewell) can not be held responsible for any decisions that you make regarding your pregnancy, birth or wellbeing.

Any questions or doubts you have about the use of Hypnobirthing should be taken up with your health care professionals.

Taking a Hypnobirthing course in no way guarantees a certain birth outcome.

The resources given to you in on a Repose course are for your own personal use and should not be distributed to third parties. Again, these do not represent medical advice.
