Bringing people together

Life can sometimes feel a little lonely. Especially if you work from home, are single or on maternity leave. You may be suffering with some anxiety about doing the things you used to love, forgotten how to interact with others, nervous about meeting new people. You might feel unequipped for labour, birth or beyond, wanting to prevent isolation and determined to get the old ‘you’ back.

Having a small group of people you can connect with about the same thoughts and feelings can majorly transform your life and you as an individual.

Together, you offer each other an instant support network. Getting out of the house, especially with a baby is hard. Having those connections you made will benefit you and snowball in to potential flurrying friendships.

In this safe space, you can share practical advice, develop a sense of belonging, create healthy habits, provide encouragement and emotional support as much or as little as you need.

What Repose Relaxation Classes look like?

Relaxing aromas, low lighting, warm blankets, soothing music…

Get yourself into a comfortable position, either laying down or sitting and enjoy 1 hour of total bliss…

With a flow of light refreshments we will begin each session with some calming breath-work to ground ourselves into the session…

Followed by a discussion/activity to support, learn and connect as a group…

Finishing with a long, powerful guided relaxation.
